Welcome to The " Hale Luana " Maui condo in West Maui's Premier Resort area.  This "Maui oceanfront condo" was completely renovated recently to cater to our guest needs.  There are a few features of this unit that makes it so special.  It's ground floor location makes it easy to access the grounds without stairs.  Your assigned (and FREE) parking spot is within 25 feet of your unit making it easy to unload the car with groceries and luggage, and load it up with boogie boards and kids.  It has unobstructed ocean views since it's location directly faces the ocean.  The beautiful oceanfront pool is just 50 steps across the grass from your door.

The Bedroom:


 The spacious bedroom has a new King size pillow top bed, two extra matress pads, high thread count sheets and lots of pillows.  You'll notice the pineapple theme throughout with the hand carved Teak headboard and matching dresser and nightstands.  The pictures framed in Hawaiian Koa are from a local photographer of a Kaanapali Sunset, Honolua Bay, and a famous Hana waterfall.  New bamboo floors make you feel right at home in the islands.  For your enjoyment there is a 21" flatscreen tv with a DVD/VCR player so you can snuggle up to a good movie before bed.  The 11,000 btu A/C, ceiling fan, and the plantation vented windows make it easy to find the right sleeping temperature.

The Chef's Kitchen:

 
The Chef's kitchen boasts solid granite countertops and custom cabinets.  Full size stainless steel appliances compliment the kitchen.  The refridgerator has filtered water with an ice dispenser and the dishwasher is a huge plus.  There is brand new pots, pans, chef's knives, plateware and glassware (even plastic for the pool and beach).  You even have an oceanview from the 5 burner stove and convection oven.  Of course there is a coffee pot with Kona Coffee to start your day!

The Living Room:


In the living room is a Sony 37" HDTV Plasma TV/DVD/CD and a Sony theater surround sound system to enjoy movies or sports in style. The new sofa sleeper has a thick Queen size matress if you need additional sleeping area.  The unit's library is stocked with books on Hawaii and Maui, a copy of "Maui Revealed", Map and CD on "The Road to Hana".There is even Hawaiian Music.  The resort also has FREE Wi-Fi for your laptop. 

The Lanai:

"Lanai" in Hawaiian is the deck or outdoor living space.  With the great Maui climate this is where you want to be.  This is the view from the lanai and living room.  The table seats four people.  A more intimate location for dinner than the Tiki Terrace with the same views.

The Bathroom


Beautifully remodeled bathroom with Moen and Kohler fixtures.  There is a new shower/tub combo.  It is Clean as a whistle!
