Unit will sleep 4 adults - (10.00 each additional adult)
Kids under 8 years old are free - they need proper ID :)

$200 Deposit due with signed rental agreement.

Sample Rental Agreement and Rules:

1.  Reservation deposit of $200.00 to guarantee your dates.
2.  Total amount due (nightly rate + cleaning fee + Hawaii taxes) 60 days prior to check in.
3.  The $200.00 reservation deposit becomes a security deposit to be credited to you within 14 days after check out and property inspection.  The deposit is not applied to rent.
4.  This is a NON- SMOKING unit.
5.  Parking is free for 1 vehicle in a reserved spot for your unit.
6.  Cancellation policy - 90 days notice required.
7.  Rate includes a one time linen-towel set up.
